Welcome to Turna's Diary

I was born in Istanbul in 1976. From the age of 3, I developed a passion for drawing. I started primary school early (5.5). I was a very introverted child. I didn't play with anyone. My life was filled with my own drawings. I had also started ballet. My passion for drawing led me to the Faculty of Fine Arts. In 1997, I graduated from Marmara University's Department of Industrial Product Design and entered corporate life. However, I always had a Plan B. Due to my somewhat unconventional nature, corporate life wasn't for me, and after years in corporate life, my passion drew me to the magical world of Flamenco. I fell in love. Without thinking, I started a journey into the unknown. Those years spent chasing rhythm and emotion taught me that art is not just a profession, but also a way of life. For many years, I expressed myself on stage with the fiery, extroverted, and combative spirit of Flamenco. But the soul cannot always live with fire; sometimes it needs tranquility, inner discipline, and a quiet grace. As Jung said, after fire, one must turn to water...
I write blog posts sometimes to vent, to share my world with you in the most heartfelt way, to share the story of how my brand was created, to share my design journey, to provide information on technical matters, and to tell the stories behind my designs in more detail.
I'm already so excited to share my world with you. You can comment on my posts. You can share your thoughts with me on any topic. You can become a member of our site to join the Crane family. With love,
